Frequently Asked Question
WNCC is migrating to a new method for recovering your password in the event it is lost or forgotten. In this process, you must have your recovery phone number or email added to your account prior to using this method. To setup your recovery options, you can go to Security Setup. If you have not done this, contact the following:
- Students contact eHelp at https://libguides.wncc.edu/ehelp or 308-635-6071
- Employees, staff, and faculty contact the IT Department at 308-635-6143
Once the recovery option is updated, follow these instructions to reset your password:
1. Open a browser and navigate to https://go.wncc.edu/reset.
2. Enter your WNCC Email address and then the code in the picture
3. Select the method to receive a verification code
4. Enter the verification code
5. Enter/reenter your NEW password
6. Click Finish
7. Login. Navigate to http://classlink.wncc.edu and login with your WNCC email address and your new password.
