WNCC is currently experiencing network connectivity issues.  The IT Department is currently investigating the issue and will work to resolve as soon as possible.  If you are experiencing a connection issue, you do not need to submit a ticket at this time.

To get started, try searching for your issue using the Knowledgebase search bar above. Short keywords work best for locating a relevant support article (eg. Outlook, ClassLink, Office365, etc).

If you can't find what you're looking for in the Knowledgebase, click the blue "Open a New Ticket" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Only WNCC Employees and Students can submit tickets.
