Zoom: How to migrate Zoom cloud recordings to OneDrive

Step 1: Log into Classlink and select the WNCC Zoom Icon and then select the sign in button. (https://wncc.zoom.us)
Step 2: On the left hand side select the Recordings tab.
Step 3: Once you are on the recordings tab you will see all your cloud recordings. Select the 3 little dots to the right of the recording that you would like to download and then select Download Files.
Note: Usually there are 3 files that are available to download. 1 will be a text document with the meeting chat, the other will be a mp3 file of just the audio of the recording, and the last will be a mp4 file of the entire video recording.
Step 4: Now you will need to upload the video to OneDrive. In classlink select the blue cloud OneDrive Icon to log into OneDrive.
Step 5: In OneDrive create a folder for your zoom videos to go into. Select the New button in the upper left of the screen and then select folder, enter a name for the folder “Zoom Recordings” and select the create button. Click on the name of the new folder to open it.
Step 6: To upload your zoom recording select the Upload button in the upper left of the screen, select Files, and then browse and select the zoom recording that you downloaded from zoom cloud.
Once the video is uploaded it will show up in your new folder.
