How to Change your Password

Step 1. Through Chrome, Edge, or Firefox navigate to http://classlink.wncc.edu/

Step 2. In the middle of the screen left click on "Click Here to Sign Into ClassLink"

Step 3. Enter your full email (including the "@wncc.edu") and current password and then left click on "Login"

Step 4. Find the icon labeled "WNCC Portal" and left click on it


Step 5. Enter your username and current password and left click on "Login"

Step 6. On the right side of the screen under "Self-Service Menu" left click
"WEBADVISOR FOR ????" where ???? is Students, Faculty, or Employees. Then click on "User Account" and then "Change Password"

Step 5. Fill in required fields and click "SUBMIT"

Step 6. Log out and In

Log out of all the browser windows.
Close the browser
Re-launch the browser
Go to Classlink.wncc.edu
Login using your new password

You may have to also log in to Outlook on your phone is you have it installed.
