How to Find Internet Headers

This step by step guide will help you find them, and show them to your WNCC IT personnel.

Step 1. Open Outlook on your computer.

Step 2. Double click on an email that you’re having trouble with.

Step 3. A new dialog box opens up with that specific email, and Click on the arrow icon under the header called, “tags” (Red Circle).

Step 4. A new dialog box will appear, and at the bottom you will see “internet headers” (red circle) that has a lot of text beside it.

Step 5. Click anywhere in the text box and press Ctrl + A. This will highlight all the text, right click on the highlighted text, and click copy.

Step 5. Close your outlook.

Step 6. Now make your IT ticket or email the WNCC IT personnel, and paste this information into the comment section.

That’s it! We will look at it, and get back to you!
