Outlook: Offline Mode

This article is to help end-users check to see if their outlook is working in online mode or offline mode.
Step 1.) Open up Outlook
Step 2.) In the Ribbon, Left-Click "Send/Receive"
Step 3.) In Preferences (Far right-side), check to see if "Work Offline" is highlighted.
(If it is highlighted outlook is in offline mode.)
Step 4.) If Highlighted Left-Click "Work Offline", and outlook will try to reach toward the cloud, and reconnect.
