Outlook: how do I see another users calendar?

In this guide users will be able to go through the process of adding other calendars that reside in the college.

1.) Open Outlook
2.) Left-Click the Calendar icon at the bottom-left of your screen

3.) Make sure you are on the "Home" tab, and left-click "Open Calendar" under Managed Calendars.

4.) A popup will appear and left-click "Open from Address Book..."

5.) Another window will appear and left-click any of the names you want to view then left-click "Ok".

6.) Toward the mid-right under "Shared Calendars" the individual/s that you added will be present there for you to left-click on the checkbox to view/hide his/her calendar.
