Vivonet: How to add a new user to Vivonet (Dining Register)

This article is a guide on how to add a user to the Vivonet Dining Cash Register system. You must have a valid ID into the system with appropriate authority to perform this function. When complete, the user will be able to log onto the cash register and process transactions at the register.
1. Open a browser and go to https://logon.vivonet.com/
2. In the lower right corner, select Editors from the menu
3. From the Editors menu, select Quick Add Employees
4. Complete the form
4.1: Select Dining Hall
4.2: Enter Last Name
4.3: Enter First Name
4.4: Enter a Username. Preferably Firstname + Last Initial. This is for logging into the Vivonet web system
4.5: Enter a POS ID. Preferably use the RFID number on the ID Badge or a 5 or 6 digit number that is unique to the system. This is for logging into the point of sale terminal.
4.5: Select Staff for the job code
4.6: Check the disable clock timer
4.7: Click on Add
The user should now be able to log into the terminal. If you used the RFID badge number, then they can login by swiping the badge.
