KnowBe4 Phish Alert Button for Outlook
Got a message in your Inbox that you think might be spam, or malicious in nature? Let us know by using our new Phish Alert button in Oulook from KnowBe4! Whenever you see a message that looks suspicious, or might be a phishing email, report it using the Phish Alert button in your Outlook Client or in Office365. Simply select the message in question, and click the button on your ribbon that looks like this:
When you report a message as spam, it helps us in two ways:
- If the email you report is part of one of our periodic phishing campaigns, you help us out by knowing how our institution's "Phish Rate" compares to other institutions across the globe. If it's one of our simulated phishing campaigns, you'll be notified with the following prompt:
- Otherwise, if it's a legitimate phishing email you submitted, it helps WNCC out by knowing what our workforce is facing, and what to look for in future attacks. You'll then be notified with the following prompt:
- Your WNCC IT Team
